Is there any public transport(apart from shuttles) to get from Folsom to Sacramento airport, like a combination of light rail from Folsom and bus at Sacramento? Or do you think taking my car to the airport and packing there for a 3-4 day trip is safe enough?

Not a lazy person. Not a terrible person. Definitely not a child, but almost 30. Life’s thrown a few curves and I find myself with child and living by myself. I’m due in February and my car completely died and we are having to scrap it. Do you know if there are any programs available where people have donated vehicles and you can pay less than $2000 for them. I’m just looking for something to get me to work and this child to daycare after birth. I’m just looking for facts and not really any advice. I’m doing the best that I can and I really don’t feel like going into why I’m stuck in this situation. All I can say is that it’s for the best and was a very hard decision to make.

My old car is a mess so I can’t even drive it any more. I want to know if I could get any help maybe someone donating me a car for my good grades and so on. I didn’t ask my dad because he’s more likely to say no and I didn’t ask my mother because she is paying for my summer semester. Is there any way I can get a car online from a non-profit?
I think I have a better chance of asking my professors to donate me a car. Will this get them into any trouble I hope not. I have money but just not enough for a car that I really want. I would be willing to spend $800-2000 nothing above that for a model 10yrs or older.
As I can see men once again never have anything nice to say about anything. I desperately need a decent used car, nothing fancy, so I can get to work daily. I really don’t have near enough money to buy one, as my medical bills run quite high to care for my fibromyalgia. If anyone has any ideas or a cheap but running car they would like to donate, I would really appreciate any help you could give. Thank you.

The vehicle is a 1998 mazda millenia s 3.2l V6. The blue book value is $6,550. The cost to repair the vehicle is approximately $6,500. I would like to donate this car for tax deduction purposes. I am able to do this only if the charity is willing to do the repairs and use the car.
Is there a charity that is willing to do the repairs and use this car?

After an accident in 2003, I was severely injured and unable to work until this summer. My husband then passes away the same year from an auto accident. Widowed, and single, I am trying to raise my 5 year daughter, and have been given the green light from my doctors to go back to work. Unfortunately, I need a car…Does anyone know anyone or have any ideas how I could obtain a car so I can go back to work? Any thoughts would be appreciated… Thanks everyone….
