I am moving from Boston to Sacramento and I wanted to ship my car. I I was thinking of packing most of my stuff in the car before it was shipped but I heard that the car shippers will steal stuff out of your car, has that happened to anyone?
Im a college student and don’t really want to drive across country. Has anyone used a good car shipping company or have any advice?
When my lease is up in August I plan on moving from North Carolina to somewhere in or around Sacramento. I am curious as to how good the public transportation is in Sacramento. I lived in Chicago for over 20 years and grew very accustomed to not having to use a car while living there. I am also curious about neighborhoods that are more downtown than outlying suburbs. Any information will be appreciated. Thank you.
Some of my friends advice me not to move my car here as they have different emission rules requiring me to spend $$ in repairs.Do you think I could make those changes in my car in OH itself and take my car or should I just sell this and buy another one there.

We are planning on moving from Sacramento, ca to La Grande Oregon pretty close to Boise Idaho. Anyways we need a car, UHAUL is WAY to expensive so we were thinking maybe a rent a car for right now and put everything in storage. do you know a cheap one? we will not be returning to Sacramento.!
I moved from New Mexico to Calif for employment. I had to fly out for the interview and pay for it myself. Then was accepted for hire. I then had a hitch put on my car, rented a trailer and drove to Calif. I stayed in a motel for 3 weeks until I found a place to rent. Then after 3 months I was layed off. This was a small town and there were no job opportunities there for my field of work. So I moved to Sacramento to seek employment. I stayed in a motel for a few days until I found a rental. This has taken all the money I have. What am I allowed to deduct?
