So, the End of Time is going to be the last episode that David Tennant acts in? D:

So is this episode a sequel to Planet of the Ood? I really didn’t like that episode, my major gripe with that was the political subtext (Doctor Who should be about adventure, sci-fi and romance, not politics.) Anyway, this looks decent, and with The Master I really don’t see how it can fail.Hope it’s better than last year’s DW, that one really sucked.

P.S. Is it just me or is the Doctor a little TOO light-hearted here after the events of the previous episode? Granted, a long time may have passed since then – years, for all we know – but after last week’s episode I would like to see a darker, edgier Doctor (more in line with Chris Ecclestone’s interpretation), rather than the usual happy-go-lucky persona. An intriguing theme for this two-parter would be a Doctor who’s becoming more like the Master, his nemesis, but I doubt they’ll do that.

i think he was being deliberately light-hearted to represent him to trying to escape his fate.
